Brijendra Kala He is such a seasoned artist who brings smiles on the faces of the audience as soon as he comes on screen… but this time he has made them cry along with making them laugh. We are talking about the film which is releasing in theatres on 5th April ‘Good Luck’ This is a family film which depicts the story of a middle class family.

You may not see any big face in this film directed by Prakhar Srivastava, but all the stars working in the film along with veteran actor like Brijendra Kala will win your heart. This film is about a middle class family of Ujjain located in Madhya Pradesh, in which Brijendra Kala is seen playing the role of a person named ‘Pappi’.

Pappi’s family consists of his 75-year-old mother ‘Angoori’ (Malti Mathur), his wife and two children. He also has a sister who has been married for 20 years but has not had any children yet and lives in Mumbai. Pappi is no less than a hero in his area; he has stood for the councillor election from his ward.

Everything was going well in Pappi’s life, but one day Angoori falls in the courtyard of the house, and Pappi rushes his mother to the hospital, meanwhile a rumour spreads that Angoori has passed away. Hearing this rumour, his sister also comes to Ujjain with her husband, but later this news turns out to be false.

But the twist in the story starts from here, when the doctor tells Pappi that his 75-year-old mother is pregnant, because his father was alive till one and a half months ago… and the doctor says that this can happen, because such cases have come to light before. Hearing this, Pappi is shocked. He does not want his mother to become a mother at an old age, because this can shatter his dream of becoming a councilor.

At the same time, Pappi’s sister requests that the mother should let the child be born, and she will keep that child as her son so that her lineage can continue. Somehow Pappi agrees for his sister, but what happens after that? To know this, you will have to go to the theatres and watch the entire film, only then you will get the answers to these questions – will Pappi be able to become a councillor, will his mother be able to give birth to a child? Will Pappi’s sister’s lineage be able to continue?

Let us tell you, the first half of the film is full of comedy, where there will be many such scenes on which you will not be able to stop laughing, while the second half is full of emotions. The songs in the film are also good, which will touch your heart. On the other hand, if we talk about some shortcomings of the film, then a little more work could have been done on dialogue delivery. A little more location should have been covered in the film, because only a few locations keep rotating in front of the eyes again and again.

Overall, this is a full entertainment packed film, which you can watch in theatres with your entire family. I give the film a 3 rating. ‘Good luck…’
